A law firm organised around the life of a business.
Lawaeh is a Saudi professional law firm. We build our services for companies, government entities and foreign investors — and only for them.
Why we exist
Rights are usually won or lost long before a dispute: in how a structure is chosen, how a contract is written and how its delivery is recorded. We stay with a client along that chain — investment, partnership, contract, delivery, compliance or resolution — so that knowledge of the business accumulates instead of being rebuilt with every new matter.
Values
Advice a decision maker can act on, in plain language.
Every statement traceable to a text, a document or a fact.
Client information is protected by default and by contract.
We advise on the merits — including when the answer is not to proceed.
Method
- Scope before advice
A defined question and deliverable precede the work.
- Sources first
Positions are tied to the applicable law and the documents in the file.
- Written decision memos
Material advice is delivered in writing, with options and risks.
- Review before release
Significant work is reviewed before it reaches the client.
What we do not do
- Serve individuals in personal matters
- Promise outcomes, success rates or timelines we do not control
- Publish client names, matters or testimonials
- Act for both sides of the same matter
Licensing and registration
Lawaeh practises under Ahmed Jaber, a lawyer licensed by the Ministry of Justice under licence no. 35340. Full registration details are published on the company and licensing page.
