Clear scope. Written terms. No surprises.
Every matter follows the same disciplined sequence, so you know who is responsible, what will be delivered and how fees are calculated before any work begins.
Engagement stages
- 01Intake
A short, non-confidential description of the matter and the parties.
- 02Conflict check
Before we read anything sensitive, we confirm we can act.
- 03Written proposal
Scope, deliverables, timing, exclusions and fee model.
- 04Engagement letter
The lawyer–client relationship begins only on signature.
- 05Delivery & review
Work delivered against the scope, then a closing review.
Fee models
We agree the model in writing before work starts. Prices are quoted per matter and are not published.
Fixed fee per product
For defined products such as a tender review, a dispute assessment or a structuring memorandum.
Monthly subscription
For ongoing work with defined monthly limits — the Corporate Legal Department and Project Legal Protection.
Phased engagement
For transactions and disputes, priced stage by stage so each decision point is clear.
What you will always receive in writing
The exact scope and what is excluded
The deliverables and their format
Who is responsible for the work
The fee model and how expenses are handled
Expected timing and the information we need from you
Conflicts of interest. We serve both companies and government entities, but never both sides of the same matter, project or tender. A conflict check precedes the review of any sensitive document. Until it is complete, please do not send confidential information.
Tell us the decision in front of you.
Send a short, non-confidential description. We run a conflict check, then reply with a proposed scope and the next step.
