Foreign Investment, Partnerships & Acquisitions
Structuring entry into Saudi Arabia, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and acquisitions.
Product: Saudi Market Entry & Settlement Programme

The problem you face
A commercial plan rarely maps neatly onto a legal structure. Who owns the company, who decides, how it is funded, and what happens if a partner defaults, disagrees or wants to leave — these questions are cheapest to answer before signature and most expensive after.
- Choosing a structure that fits how the business will actually operate
- Confirming the activity is open to foreign investment, and which sector licences apply
- Protecting the investor in shareholder and joint-venture terms
- Planning entry, financing and exit together, not in sequence
Who it is for: Foreign companies with a serious decision to enter the Kingdom, and Saudi companies seeking a partner or an acquisition.

Frequently asked questions
Should we speak to you before registering?
Yes. Most of the value is created before registration and incorporation, when the structure, the activity description and the partner terms are still open.
Do you work in English?
Yes. We draft and negotiate in Arabic and English. Documents filed with Saudi authorities are generally in Arabic; we prepare bilingual drafts and state which version governs.
Do you give tax or accounting opinions?
No. Where a matter needs tax or financial expertise, we work alongside the specialists you appoint, and integrate their input into the legal structure.
Tell us the decision in front of you.
Send a short, non-confidential description. We run a conflict check, then reply with a proposed scope and the next step.
